About Cloud 9 Carpet Underlay

Cloud 9 underlay from Ball & Young is available in 15 meter rolls and a five different thicknesses, all of the cloud 9 underlay range is guaranteed for the lifetime of the carpet when used as guided and fitted by a professional.

• Cloud 9 Nimbus Carpet Underlay (Red cloud 9 printed on the top layer) - 7mm Is the bottom of the cloud 9 range and is suitable for domestic areas and low use contract areas  –  Giving a sound reduction of 34dB

• Cloud 9 Cirrus Carpet Underlay (Blue cloud 9 printed on the top layer) - 9mm has a luxury feel and is suitable for both domestic and contract use -  Giving a sound reduction of 39db.

• Cloud 9 Cumulus Carpet Underlay (Green cloud 9 printed on the top layer) - 11mm and is the thickest available from the cloud 9 range – Giving a sound reduction of 43db.

Cloud 9 Contract underlay range

Whilst you can use the above cloud 9 underlay for commercial use ball and young also have 2 specially designed underlays to help cope with the extra demands of the use of underlay in a commercial area

• Cloud 9 Contract Carpet Underlay ( Green /Silver top layer ) 8mm and is best suited to heavy contract or very heavy domestic use areas

• Cloud 9 Super Contract Carpet Underlay has an ( Orange / Silver top layer ) printed silver film top surface - 10mm the thickest of the contract range and is best suited to heavy contract or very heavy domestic use areas where you want just that little bit of extra luxury.
