Laminate flooring Installation guideLaminated flooring is not to hard to install once you follow a few basic tips on how to install laminate flooring set out here you will have your new floor fitted in no time Laminate Flooring Ideally needs to be laid on a level Sub floor by not doing so you greatly will reduce the life of your new floor covering as the boards will rock and damage the joints over time. Concrete Sub FloorFirst you need to find out what your sub floor is made of and what sort of condition the floor is in, if the floor is concrete,is it even ? if not you will need to screed the floor to level it out this can be done with self leveling screed that does most of the work for you, Wood Sub FloorIf the Floor is made of wood and is uneven you will need to level it Installation of your new Laminate floorWe can arrange for installation of all the above floor types - please email or fax over the dimensions of your room and we will work out how much flooring is required for your installation and give you a rough guide to cost. if you are happy with the guide price we will arrange a visit from a representative and give you a professional estimate show you samples and arrange a time for installation your new floor covering. Please ensure the floor of rooms that are being fitted are clear for a quick trouble free installation

Quotes are given on an as seen basis and upon uplifting carpets or vinyl some floors and floor boards may need further repairs before installation of your laminate flooring,we make every endeavor to spot this before laying but in some cases this is not possible laying laminate flooring on an uneven surface will greatly reduce the life of your floor covering and we advise the floor to be leveled out if it is extremely uneven.
